Established in 1989 by Director John Hadfield, Hadfield Roofing & Cladding Ltd is a leading specialist in Industrial Roofing and Cladding.
We are approved and fully trained installers of most roof and wall systems and use quality materials from leading manufacturers such as Ash and Lacy, Brett Martin, CA Group, Corus, Coverworld, Eurobond, Euroclad, Filon, Kingspan, Rigidal, Speeddeck, SFS Intec and Steadmans.
Based in the North of the England, we work throughout the UK. We adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach and are proud of the quality of the work we deliver. We take care of our customers every step of the way from design and development through to installation and aftercare.
Installations can be issued with a full 25 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Highly competitive, free estimates are available on request. Our Estimating Department is available to offer expert advice on all specifications and, if required advise of alternative specifications to ensure projects are more cost effective.
Services
Our team have a wealth of experience in the design, management and installation of Industrial Roofing and Cladding, green roofs, rain screen cladding systems and all types of gutters and rainwater pipes. We also carry out general refurbishment and repairs and offer a professional service for the removal and disposal of asbestos sheeting.
We have successfully carried out projects in value to over £1,000,000.
Design
Keeping abreast of current Building Regulations, our experienced design team can advise on the most suitable materials and design for any industrial or commercial building. Our Design and Build projects are fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
We accept specifications and drawings in various formats and if required, we will visit site to measure existing buildings and offer advice and recommendations.
Detailed AutoCAD drawings are produced in our drawing office and drawings are issued as required on either CD Rom, electronically or by hard copy. A full set of ‘As-Built’ drawings and other information are issued on completion of each project to give the end user valuable information on how to maintain their building, guarantees etc.
Installation
We are approved installers of most systems. All work is carried out by fully trained and experienced operatives with attention to detail throughout to ensure a high standard on completion of our works.
Our skilled site management team will work closely with the Client to ensure projects are completed on time and will deal with any variations to contract promptly and efficiently. We will attend to urgent repairs within 24 hours.
Health and Safety
Hadfield Roofing & Cladding Ltd has an unblemished safety record. We regularly review our Health and Safety Policy to ensure we meet all current legislation and requirements.
Site specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments are produced for all contracts. We have our own CPCS Appointed Person who produces detailed Lifting Plans for all craning operations.
All our operatives hold CSCS cards, NVQ qualifications in Roof Sheeting and Cladding, CPCS qualifications to operate site plant (Scissor Lifts, Cherry Pickers and Telehandlers) and PASMA certificates. A full set of operatives’ qualifications will be supplied to each site prior to our commencement.
We employ only fully trained Scaffolders and Safety Net riggers to erect and dismantle Edge Protection and Safety Nets. Again, site specific Method Statements and Handover Certificates are issued for each contract.
